I had a frustrating experience with the hotel's management. I had requested an extra bed well in advance, yet upon check-in, it was not prepared, which left us exhausted. Despite assurances from the manager that it would be free, we faced resistance during check-out regarding the charge, which added to my disappointment.

The hotel’s location is fantastic, making it easy to visit nearby attractions like the Shenzhen Museum and Ping An Finance Centre. The facilities were clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the health club amenities. However, I did experience some issues with the communication regarding my extra bed request, which was disappointing.
